Here are some articles I’ve written from time to time around psychotherapy, art and related ideas.
These articles are mostly quite short – I think of them as reminders, holders of a mental space – or as little jolts to the habitual, in the way that poems can also operate.
(Or perhaps, even, as notes that work in a way similar to how an alchemist would perform an operation, beginning with humble elements, and making from them something valuable.)
