stations is a collection of poems written between 2003 and 2023 (195 pages).
The collection is presented as a set of six poetry books. Four of these I’ve previously published, on kindle only. The first and fourth books in the collection (the temple and minimalisms), are previously unpublished.
The 6 books in stations are as follows:
- The first book, the temple, contains 43 poems from 2023. I think of this book, and the second and third (a larger land and tastes of cerebria) as having a gnostic flavour.
- The book a larger land contains 19 poems written between 2019 and 2022.
- tastes of cerebria contains 15 poems written in 2020 and 2021.
- Books four and six (minimalisms and nowhere else) are of a minimalist, here-and-now, nature.
- Book five (the rains that fall around here), written over six years, is a distillation of psychological processes then taking place (39 poems).
